New Game Plus offers many different payment plans that will support your needs and time, including hours that can be purchased and stored for later use, or day passes that provide you unlimited access for set time periods at a lower rate!

Hourly PLans – Excluding Tax

Remember, paid hours can be paid for in advance and saved onto your account for future usage!

Additionally, we have Day and Weekend passes*, for the following values:

Happy Hour	$7.50	You want to game for two straight hours? Well, this little package does just that!
Day Pass	$25	From open until close on day of purchase, play ALL day. Did I mention you get a free drink with that?
Weekend Pass	$45	Play all day from open to close on both Saturday AND Sunday, also with a free drink included!

Birthday Rates & Reservations

New Game Plus also offers a rates for Birthdays, which go hand-in-hand with our reservation system! Birthdays can be scheduled any day during the week where there is free time (check the event page for details on those), though to secure a private rental of the shop, can even be scheduled outside of store hours in the morning from 11-2, before we open! To schedule a private reservation, an additional $100 fee will be added for employees helping host the event outside of our standard hours. At this time, we are not able to accommodate private parties during store hours, so an 11-2 is a great bet we’d love to help you with!

To ensure availability, we request that you set up a reservation two weeks in advance, and sooner if possible. In some cases, we may be booked out up to a month! Call us to see if we’re able to serve you, and we’ll make sure to adjust our schedules to work with you!

Reservations

Want to guarantee a time slot at the shop? Stop by or call us to set something up, but we’d be happy to reserve you a spot in the store. It will be a 50% fee up front to pay for the reservation, but we’ll ensure that your spot is held, requested games from our library are available, and that everything is installed and updated for your immediate enjoyment. Please set up a reservation at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.

Birthday Prices

$10 per head for three hours – minimum of five people. Time is not stored on your account, and will expire at the end of the three hours. Reservation Fee applies only if scheduled beforehand, or if the party is outside of normal store hours.

Refunds

Pass hours are not eligible for refunds, so make sure you’ve planned out your schedule in advance to optimize that time!

By coming into the store and purchasing time to play with us, you agree to abide by these rules, and we reserve the right to provide a warning, ask you to leave, or issue a ban based on our assessment of violation of these rules. In order for everyone to have fun, we have to make sure we’re providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all players and their many walks of life.
